Key Responsibilities
Originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers through the loan process
Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners
Identify borrower needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products
Manage a loan pipeline to ensure timely applications, approvals, and closings
Represent BANK at community and industry events
Qualifications
Experience in residential mortgage origination preferred
Strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills
Knowledge of mortgage products and lending guidelines
