Are you detail-oriented and enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for a Data Processing Specialist to join our friendly, fast-moving Operations team!
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our daily banking operations accurate, secure, and on time. From processing transactions and handling wire transfers to helping with reports and supporting team members, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our systems humming and our customers happy.
What You'll Do
- Process daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help with tasks like account updates, wire transfers, and data entry
- Review reports, spot and fix discrepancies, and keep records up to date
- Work with other departments to resolve issues and support great service
- Support compliance, audits, and banking regulations
- Help protect sensitive information and follow security procedures
- Be a positive, helpful presence on the team
What We're Looking For
- A keen eye for detail and a love for organization
- Great communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Able to adapt and stay calm when things get busy
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or tech education is a bonus
