Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage commercial lending relationships in the West Des Moines market
  • Structure and grow commercial and C&I lending portfolios while identifying opportunities to build deposit relationships
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with local business owners and customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market
  • Represent BANK at community and industry events

Qualifications

  • Commercial lending experience preferred
