Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and customer-oriented Teller/Customer Service Representative. Candidate will be responsible but not limited to providing customers with information about the Bank’s products and services, opening customer accounts and processing transactions as it relates to those accounts. Individuals in this position must thoroughly understand all the Bank’s products and services to determine which best meet the customer’s financial needs. In addition, this position will process customer transactions in efficient, accurate manner, following established policies and procedures of the Bank. Uphold the positive image of the Bank by providing the best possible customer service in a responsible and professional manner. Hours will vary during the work week and include Saturday rotation.

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
