We are taking concerns about the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) seriously as it continues to cause questions in our community, state, and the world. Thank you for trusting us as your bank.  We are operating in a state of preparedness and continue to work closely with the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers.

BANK is taking the additional following measures:

  • Each of our branch locations have the necessary supplies to keep our work areas clean and disinfected and have increased cleaning actions.
  • BANK is following the procedures it has in place for disaster recovery.  Critical systems and staff that are essential to our day-to-day operations are setup to operate remotely and securely.
  • We are asking employees to contact HR as soon as possible if they or an immediate household member receive direct notice from the CDC regarding exposure so that we may take any precautions needed.
  • Staff has been notified to report to HR immediately any high-risk travel activities in the last week or any high-risk travels in the near future so that HR staff can work through any needed precautions.
  • Planned staff business travel to non-essential conferences or meetings has been cancelled.

As a reminder, we have convenient services that allow you to access your BANK accounts 24/7 with our Online Banking and Mobile App with access to mobile deposit and online loan payments.  When possible, using your BANK debit card instead of cash can also help reduce exposure.

We continue to monitor the situation daily so that we can be quick in our response. Our goal is to keep employees and customers as safe as possible.
